Gareth has executed multiple real estate investments on behalf of investors and has advised institutional investors, family offices, developers and local authorities on major investment and development projects. Prior roles include Head of Investment at IWS and F3group the UK's leading boutique development manager, responsible for Investment Strategy, transacting and managing development schemes across the UK, and Senior Advisor to an overseas family office managing a mixed-used development portfolio valued in excess of £500million.
