Manor Gardens is situated in the heart of New Ash Green, a leafy village close to Longfield, Kent.

Even Group's construction arm, Even Construct will convert the c40,000 sq. ft office building into 49 apartments with the addition of 4 new build houses to the rear of the 2.5 acre site and retained office space within the historical Manor House.
