Alon began his path at Even Group in 2010 and heads up the Acquisitions and Development department.

Alon has a wide range of expertise in all aspects of mixed-use land and development, from acquisition and optimisation of land values, to planning and commercial disposals. He has worked on numerous large-scale developments thought the UK.

In addition, Alon is heavily involved in the management of the sales process,  He is known to go above and beyond the expectations for the end user to guarantee a smooth and efficient project from start to finish.
